Ron is the managing broker of Silver Property Group, and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. Additionally Ron has over 25 years of legal experience and has been an Illinois licensed attorney since 1993. He has served as a board member for the Chicago Association of Realtors and the 48,000 member strong Illinois Realtors.
Andy Ahitow
Prior to founding City Pads LLC, Andy Ahitow was the founder of Chicago Apartment Finders (“CAF”), a company he grew to 5 locations with 150+ employees. During his helm at CAF, Andy formed a development partnership with Marc Realty Residential (“MRR”) where, as Director of Development, he oversaw the construction of approximately $338M of real estate value.
Tracy Scanlan
Tracy Scanlon is a principal of Edge and Up, Inc. which owns and manages residential properties in Chicago. A lifelong Chicagoan, she serves on the board of multiple real estate organizations and is active in the Edgewater and Uptown communities.
Lawrence Slater

Kate Varde
Kate Varde is a Principal at Essex Realty Group where she focuses on the sale of multi-family and mixed-use investment real estate throughout Chicago and the Suburbs. In addition, she has acquired more than $60 million of apartment properties including properties in the Edgewater and Uptown neighborhoods.
Roger Daniel
Roger Daniel is the founder and President of Daniel Management Group, Inc. He is also President of DMG Leasing (dmgleasing.com), the leasing division of Daniel Management Group, Inc. In these capacities, Roger is responsible for the day-to-day management and leasing of a portfolio consisting of over 2,200 units around the broader Midwest.
In 2021, Roger co-founded DMG Capital (dmgcapital.com), a real estate investment firm focused on sourcing, underwriting and structuring multifamily real estate transactions.
Prior to creating Daniel Management Group, Inc., Roger held various positions in multifamily leasing, property management, acquisitions, and brokerage. Roger’s work history includes roles at The Habitat Company, Village Green Companies, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate and others.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker, a member of the Chicagoland Apartment Association, a board member of EUBA, and a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors.
Jacob Price
As an Associate at Kiser Group, Jacob Price is focused on the sale of multifamily buildings on the north-side of the city, primarily throughout the neighborhoods of Edgewater, Uptown, and Andersonville. Jacob has had a wide range of professional experience outside of Brokerage, and most recently worked as a Sales Strategy Consultant for Allstate Insurance and their direct book of business. From a young age, between jobs and internships, he would tour properties with his family, building relationships and ignited his passion for Chicago real estate

He has the Markets and Products that provide the coverage real estate owners & developers need to protect themselves and their assets. He is also very involved with his church, youth soccer and is married with three teenagers in High School.

Many people know me based on my years of working in the Chicagoland North shore and Northwest suburban area. We specialize in all types of home remodeling and commercial remodeling as well as disaster recovery. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, basements or even your entire residence. We enjoy the one-on-one opportunity to work with individual home owners. We also do larger projects such as remodeling multi-unit buildings, and condo conversions.

Sheila manages two office buildings and is the Recording Secretary for EUBA. In addition, she is on the Boards of the Timber Ridge Home Owners Association, Ketura Hadassah and is Co-Chair of the Social Committee at her condo association.
